We have been servicing and maintaining all Atlas Rail products throughout the UK since 2003. These include underfloor and above floor wheel lathes and presses.

2006 saw GAC Rail appointed engineers for two prestigious installations at Siemens Northampton and Manchester Ardwick depots. These installations were for Safop UGLX30DB and UGL39BD underfloor wheel lathes. Having completed the installations on time and whilst the depots were being built around us, Siemens then chose GAC Rail for the service and maintenance of the machines.

GAC Rail run a "3P Maintenance Programme" using the latest technology we provide a combined service effort of Predictive, Preventive and Planned Maintenance.

Atlas Rail underfloor and above floor wheel lathes, Sculfort underfloor wheel and portal lathes, Hegenscheidt underfloor wheel and portal lathes, Safop underfloor wheel lathes and Rafamet wheel lathes. Our maintenance schedule is tailored to each individual machine.
